Search settings ​

Search settings controls how customers search for locations on your storefront map. These options work with either map provider. Some toggles are paid features on eligible plans.

Accessing Search settings ​

Go to Apps > Store Locator > Settings > Search settings.

Available toggles ​

  • Autocomplete — suggests addresses and place names as the customer types.
  • My Location — lets customers search from their current location, with an option to use their real location automatically on load.
  • Search by name — lets customers search locations by store name, not just address.
  • Region selector — restricts or biases search results to a chosen country/region.
  • Map providers — choose how the map is powered.
  • Map behaviour — initial map position and nearest-location behaviour in Customize map.
